We are holding a free to attend Eco Festival on Sunday 13 September at the West End Centre.
You can come and find out about how we can all play our part in helping to tackle climate change. Learn more about sustainable living and find local businesses selling sustainable, local or upcycled products.
Our event hopes to raise awareness of environmental issues and promoting local greenspaces.
This is a family event and there will be activities for all ages.
You can also get involved locally by joining the Rushmoor Climate Community group.
Stallholders
We have a wide range of stallholders this year:
- Find out more about local initiatives and how to get involved from local groups
- Enjoy fun craft activities with Wellesley Woodlands.
- Find out more about waste reduction and recycling from Rushmoor Borough Council's waste team and the Rushmoor Binfluencers.
- Find out advice on energy efficiency with Citizens advice, as well as more information about the My Homes Made Better Scheme, to find out how to get practical advice on measures such as Heat Pumps or Solar Panels
- Buy sustainable, locally made products, such as local honey and gifts.
